  • Deposits are usually instantaneous; however, we reserve the right to delay transactions for verification.

  • Before any withdrawal of funds, KYC verification (identity and address proof) is mandatory.

  • Some funds may need to be wagered at least once (play-through condition) before withdrawal, unless otherwise stated in promotion rules.

  • We may charge nominal transaction fees or impose limits on deposit/withdrawal amounts to prevent fraud or money‐laundering.

Fair Play & Responsible Gaming

  • Cheating, bots, automated software, match‐fixing, or collusion with other players is strictly prohibited.

  • We monitor game results, transaction histories, and user behavior to detect unfair play.

  • Refunds are processed only in cases of verified technical faults or policy violation; accidental bets or user errors are not usually refundable.
