Refund Policy – Gaming Platform

Welcome to Reddy Anna Book. We always try to make your experience smooth, fair and trustworthy. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can ask for a refund, what qualifies, and what doesn’t. If you have questions, feel free to reach out — we’re here to help.

When Refunds Apply

You might be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • Order cancellation before dispatch
    If you cancel your book order before we ship it out, we will refund the full amount (including standard shipping charges, if any).

  • Damaged or wrong items
    If the book you receive is damaged, torn, or not what was ordered (wrong title or edition), contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange replacement or refund as per your preference.

  • Defective content / missing pages
    If the book has missing or misprinted pages, or major defects that prevent its normal use, let us know with clear photos. We’ll send you a replacement or refund.

  • Non-delivery
    If your order doesn’t arrive within the promised delivery window, you may request a refund or re-shipment. We’ll investigate the issue and resolve it fairly.

When Refunds Do Not Apply

Refunds will not be provided in these cases:

  • You changed your mind after the book has already been shipped or delivered (unless other conditions apply like damage or wrong book).

  • Minor wear and tear after long usage (books are meant to be read!).

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or neglect after delivery.

  • Any custom orders (if we offer custom titles / special editions) that are made specifically as per your specifications, unless there is a defect.

  • Delay in delivery when caused by factors beyond our control, like natural disasters or strikes, unless specified otherwise.

How To Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within the timeframe mentioned above (e.g. 7 days after delivery for damaged/wrong items).
    Use email or WhatsApp (our preferred channel) with your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable.

  2. Return the item, if required.
    We may ask you to send the book back (at no extra cost to you) so we can inspect or process replacement/refund.

  3. Processing
    Once we verify the issue, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds go back via the original payment method (bank transfer / credit card / UPI / etc.).

Partial Refunds / Replacements

In some situations, we may offer a partial refund instead of a full one (for example, if only a part of the book’s content is defective). Or you may prefer to get a replacement copy. We’ll discuss with you and proceed in whichever way you are satisfied.

Refund Amount

  • If the order is eligible for full refund (as per refund conditions), you will receive back the purchase price plus any shipping/tracking fees you paid (if applicable).

  • If it’s a partial refund, we’ll clearly explain how much you will get and why.

Timeframe to Receive Your Refund

After approval:

  • Payment refunds (banks, cards, UPI) may take 3-7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • If we’re providing store credit or vouchers, you will receive them within 2-3 working days.
